博士生导师。英国物理协会的特许物理学家,英国高等教育协会会士,江苏省六大人才高峰,苏州市工业园区紧缺人才和江苏省“333工程”,苏州市工业园区科教骨干人才。已发表SCI论文100余篇,英文专著5部(均为第一作者或者通讯作者),已完成结题6项国家、省市级项目(项目负责人),目前主持西交利物浦大学重点项目建设专项资金2项和多项工业界研发攻关课题,并与长三角先进材料研究院、江苏集萃有机光电技术研究所等科研院所开展多项产学研合作项目。曾主持研制开发了有机材料深度分析的复杂多层薄膜标准材料,实现了产品的商业化。
